You should be able to choose the macOS from there. Hopefully you will see your bootcamp and your MacOS drives there. Switch it back on, and then press the Alt (option) key and wait for the disk selection screen to come up. Once you have Windows installed, you can set the default OS that will start each time you boot your Mac.
